Banded North Carolina Horn by Art DeCamp

This horn is a replica of the orignal banded horns found near Salen, NC.  Its two-piece antler tip is pinned in place. The horn body has two white horn bands with a third wide band at the butt. The cherry wood butt has an integral button.  All components of this horn are patterned after the originals that I have examined.   The left-hand horn horn measures approx. 11" across.  The tip is 2-3/8" long and the stopper is the traditional soutern style carved leather.  This horn will carry either right or left depending on the users choice.
