T.C. Albert Sheath with James Levy Knife

"A few of you may be wondering how the sheath turned out that I was making as part of my leather working demonstrations at the CLA show.

It's my version of a Flemmish or "Dutch" mariners style sheath made to hold a beautiful reproduction of a late 17th century style trade knife crafted by James Levy. The sheath totally encloses the knife and is fitted with a removable cap. The cap is teathered by a length of copper chain." Its my first attempt at a sheath of this style, but I think it turned out okay.
