Scott and Cathy Sibley Horn

This horn commemorates the 11th VA. The 11th VA. was raised on Sept. 16th 1776 at Williamsburg, VA from Daniel Morgan's Independent Rifle Company for service with the US Continental Army. The Regiment saw action In The NY Campaign, Trenton , Princeton. Brandywine, Germantown. Monmouth. and the Siege of Charlestown. Most of the Regiment was captured by the British at Charlestown S.C. on May 12th 1780. The Reg. was formally disbanded Jan. 1,1783. It was inspired by an original VA horn. S.S.
